Fennel has a very celery-like stem and lovely feathery leaves with a similar taste to aniseed. The seeds as well as the stem can be very popular to use in cooking as it gives of a nice flavour of spice that contributes greatly to the dish!

Ingredients- Dried Fennel Stems Brewing Guide- We recommend using 1 teaspoon of the leaf, but if you like a stronger tea, then you could use up to 1½. This tea tastes best with freshly boiled water (roughly 100 degrees) and left to infuse for 6 to 10 minutes
